"I had purchased a jacket that did not work for me due to my lack of knowledge. Even though they did not have to accept the return, was past the return expiration date, they did and I received full credit for what I paid for it. They even looked up the receipt for the jacket as I no longer had it. The jacket was in mint condition. I left with new gloves and a helmet which was my reason for being there and on a whim asked about returning the jacket. So I wound up leaving with a jacket as well that totally works for me. I appreciate that they did this for me. This was only my second time shopping there and it will not be my last."

"Off the shelf demonstrator unit. No box ( No big deal) or plug in for charging cord ( kind of a deal) included. Came with instructions and everything that would have been included in box. Asked about pricing and/ Or boxed unit and not given satisfactory answer. No manager in store to assist. I do love this store and am not unhappy, but I do feel this was just a 4 star experience. "

"I bought a new rear tire for my FLHTCUI, I was not really happy with the manufactures choice for a tire so I went with Cycle Gears staff recommendation. Wow what a difference! I went back a few days later and got the matching front tire. I had expected to leave it there and pick it up the next day. But they changed it while I waited! On a Sunday, about a 1/2 hour before closing, These guys are awesome! And the store is by far the best stocked motorcycle supply store around! I Will go back again and again and again. "

"I called from Tiburon to the Sacramento store to find gear that other cycle gear stores near me did not keep in inventory. Josh answered the phone assured me the Sacramento store had what I needed. So I made the 2 hour drive North. I arrived asked for Josh to help me. He was knowledgeable, patiant and helped me decide on the gear I needed. From new alpine stars tech 10's, Helmet, gloves, pants, goggles, protective shorts, protective vest armor, knees shin guards, oil and filters for my new Ktm 450 6days dirt bike.

"the store and staff have great potential but their store policies dont match their costumer service ..example if you are going to put self locking doors on the changing rooms then you need to put somebody there to open it every time a costumer wants to try something ...but if I got to spend my time looking for someone on the floor for 20 mins every time ...and then you only have consistent merchandise in a few sizes...Makes me want to go somewhere else"
